Our HIPs provide all the legal documentation you’ll need to sell
your home and are fully compliant with ALL HIP regulations –
including the Energy Performance Certificate carried out by an
accredited and Criminal Records Bureau–checked Domestic Energy
Assessor for your security.
You need a HIP before you can start marketing your home – for all
flats and houses however many bedrooms. ManchesterHIP aims to
provide the quickest turn-round time and Lowest Priced HIP on the
market.

can pay by Credit or Debit Card. If you’d prefer to pay by PayPal or
cheque, just drop me a mail and I can sort that out for you. After
placing an order, please either email or call with the address of
the property that needs the HIP so we can get started on it ASAP.
