Lying on your back. Bend and straighten your leg sliding your heel along the floor.
Repeat 10 times.

Lying on your back with knees bent. Squeeze your buttocks together and lift your bottom a few inches off the floor.
Repeat 10 times.

Ss1 3

Lying back with your legs out in front of you. Place a pillow under your knee. Lift the heel off the ground and straighten the leg as much as possible keeping your knee firmly pushing down into the pillow.
Repeat 10 times.

Ss1 4

Standing on the unaffected leg and holding onto a support. Slowly lift your affected leg out to the side, a few inches from the other leg. Make sure you keep your pelvis and spine still and that the movement is purely from the hip.
Repeat 10 times.
