Lying on your back with your head supported. Pull your knee to your chest assisting with your hands.
Hold for 20 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

Ss2 2

Sitting on a chair place your foot on the opposite knee. Gently push your knee towards the floor with your hand.

Hold for 20 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

Ss2 3

Lying on your stomach with your knees bent to 90° then drop your feet apart.
Hold for 20 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

Ss2 4

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet together. Pull your stomach up and in by hollowing the lower lateral abdominal wall. Do not allow the lower back to arch or flatten.
Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.

Ss2 5

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet together. Pull your stomach up and in by hollowing the lower lateral abdominal wall. Slowly lower one knee out to the side preventing the pelvis from twisting.
Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.

Ss2 6

Lie on your side with your pelvis square, the hips flexed to approx. 45º and the knees bent. Pull your stomach up and in by hollowing the lower lateral abdominal wall. Leaving the heels together slowly lift the top knee by turning the hip out without letting the back or pelvis twist.
Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
